Terms of Service

These terms cover the purchase and use of the ebook They Called It a Conspiracy Theory and its bonus files (together, the "Product"), sold by It Was a Conspiracy ("we") through Whop.

Purchase and delivery

Payments are processed by Whop. After payment you get instant access to the Product as downloadable PDF files in our store on Whop. You need a Whop account (created with your email at checkout) to access your files.

Updates

When we update the Product, the new files replace the old ones in the same place. Updates are included at no extra cost for as long as we sell the Product.

License

The Product is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share publicly, upload or otherwise redistribute the files. Public-domain photographs and documents reproduced in the Product remain in the public domain.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Content

The Product is educational and entertainment content about historical events, public figures and popular theories. Theories are presented as their believers tell them, and allegations are credited to the people who made them. Nothing in the Product is a statement of fact by us about any unproven allegation.

Liability

The Product is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to purchases made after it is posted.
